Gardener Position in Worcester

Location: Worcester
Hours: 37 hours, Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent
Salary: £12.54 per hour

We are offering an opportunity for a Gardener to join our growing team. You will be working within grounds in Worcester, helping to keep our estates looking their best.

Gardener Role Responsibilities:

1. Gardening and grounds maintenance (grass cutting, planting, weeding, shrub care)
2. Seasonal maintenance (landscaping, fencing repairs, slab repairs)
3. Support the neighbourhood team to maintain high standards
4. Provide excellent customer service and ensure resident satisfaction
5. Use modern tools and equipment to deliver services efficiently
6. Work safely, following health & safety procedures

To succeed in this role, you should have experience as a Gardener or Grounds Maintenance Operative, with the ability to use hand tools and horticultural machinery. A clean UK Driving license is desirable.
