We are delighted to announce an exciting new opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative for our respected client in Boreham Wood. Role Overview:

We seek a motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and is keen to develop skills in grounds maintenance. Working within a small team, you will contribute to various garden maintenance tasks ensuring the highest standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Excellence: Perform tasks such as cutting grass, operating equipment like strimmers and hedge cutters, blowing leaves, clearing paths, weeding, pruning, watering, and planting.
2. Operational Proficiency: Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it's in good working condition.
3. Team Collaboration: Assist in additional tasks as directed to meet department objectives, working effectively both individually and as part of a team.
4. Customer Service Commitment: Demonstrate a polite and professional attitude, ensuring great customer service.

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in garden maintenance is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
3. Must be able to work without supervision, prioritize workload, and remain calm in stressful situations.
4. A clean driving licence is desirable but not essential.
5. PA1 and PA6 certifications are desirable.
