Job summary

Leeds Federated is seeking a Gardener to support day-to-day grounds maintenance, estate management, and improvement works across Leeds. You will maintain communal areas, perform grass cutting, planting and fencing, and use equipment safely while reporting issues. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you will engage with tenants professionally.

The role is permanent and based in Leeds, with a commitment to health and safety and teamwork to uphold high standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or a practical outdoor role.
• Reliable, organised and able to manage daily workload.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
