Job summary

Leeds Federated Housing Association Limited is seeking a Gardener to support day-to-day grounds maintenance, estate management, and improvement works across Leeds Federated.

Internally referred to as Grounds Maintenance Operative, the role involves grass cutting, planting, fencing, and litter picking, with a focus on safety and tenant relations. You will work with colleagues to maintain high standards across communal areas.

Qualifications

• Some experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or a practical outdoor role.
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage daily workload.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering good customer service.
• Hold a full UK driving licence (essential).
