Job summary

Ukme is seeking an experienced Gardener to maintain and present outdoor spaces across our site. You will work with a team to apply best horticultural practices and ensure high presentation standards each day.

The role offers a permanent contract with a £29,000 annual salary, company pension, private health care, discretionary bonus, and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 25. Training and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Horticultural background required or desirable.
• Gardening qualifications are preferable.
• High attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lawn care and maintenance of lawns and green spaces.
• Shrub and herbaceous border maintenance.
• Weed control across beds and borders.
• Pond maintenance and water feature care.
• Planting and care of annual bedding displays.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.
