Job summary

Haven is hiring a Grounds & Garden Team Member in Lancashire to maintain the park and its beautiful green spaces. You will work with the team to keep flower beds, borders and landscaped areas in top condition, delivering a safe and welcoming outdoor space for all guests.

No extensive experience required; training will be provided. You will be part of an inclusive team with perks and opportunities for personal growth and fully funded qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in gardening, horticulture, or grounds maintenance is valued but not essential; training is provided.
• A genuine interest in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work.
• Basic plant knowledge (e.g., identifying weeds, pruning, seasonal care).

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to maintain the park and grounds to the highest standard for our guests.
• Help create a safe, secure, and well-maintained space for all visitors through upkeep of the park's grounds and facilities.
• Contribute to a refreshing and memorable guest experience by keeping our gardens and green spaces vibrant and tidy year-round.
