Job summary

Haven in Exmouth is seeking a Grounds & Garden Team Member to maintain our park's grounds to a high standard. You will care for flower beds, borders and landscaped areas as part of a friendly team.

This role offers training, inclusive environment, and opportunities for career development, with paid training and fully funded qualifications. Applicants must be 18+ and ready to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening or grounds maintenance is valued but training is provided.
• Interest in gardening/landscaping/outdoor work.
• Basic plant knowledge (weeds, pruning, seasonal care).
• Familiar with lawn care tools such as mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers.
• Must be 18+ due to machinery.
