Job description

Full Time –40 Hours Per Week – Including Weekends

s a Team Leader you will lead, inspire, and develop an amazing team and ensuring all customers have a great in store experience.

This role is a combination of physically demanding work in all types of weather, assisting customers & maintaining the department.

Supervisory experience in retail/previous retail experience preferable. Willing to take course for FLT licence & First Aid

Duties will include:

Opening & closing the store in the absence of the manager

Excellent customer service.

Organising team schedules and any staff issues.
Evaluating employee performance and providing training and guidance as needed.
Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams as needed to successfully complete projects.
Ensuring that employees follow company policies as well as health and safety regulations.
Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service.

Cashing up, banking

Assist the centre manager in the running of the centre, Supporting him in all areas of Health and safety, payroll and financial.

Oversee the effective running of the plant area. Ensuring plant care, commerciality, maximising sales and lowering wastage are all achieved.
