4Site Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Ganger to lead a team of labourers on a large-scale residential project in Marlborough, SN8. The role is long-term, offering consistent work on a well-established site with a minimum commitment of two years.

You will supervise the crew hands-on, coordinate daily activities, and uphold strict health and safety standards on site. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and PASMA are essential, along with proven construction site experience and strong leadership

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Ganger to lead a team of labourers on a large-scale residential project in Marlborough (SN8).

This is a long-term opportunity (minimum 2 years) with consistent work on a well-established site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• SMSTS certification
• PASMA ticket
• Proven experience in a similar role on construction sites
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay & Benefits:

• £21.00 per hour (CIS) at 8.5 hrs paid (7.30am -5pm)
