Job summary

Corrie Recruitment is seeking a Ganger for ongoing civils site work in Fort Augustus. The role involves leading a crew, allocating tasks and ensuring targets are met, with a 7:30am–5:00pm Monday to Friday schedule.

Requirements include a CSCS card (essential) and SSSTS/ SMSTS (advantageous). Experience in earthworks, drainage and hard landscaping, plus strong health & safety leadership, is needed.

Qualifications

• CSCS card essential.
• SSSTS/ SMSTS ticket advantageous.
• Proven experience leading a small earthworks squad with safety and quality accountability.
• Experienced in earthworks, foundations, drainage, services and hard landscaping.
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm.

Requirements

• CSCS card essential

• Proven previous experience in leading a small earthworks squad including safety and quality
• Experienced and competent in earthworks, foundations, drainage, services and hard landscaping
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices
• Strong leadership and communication
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• You must be a UK resident or have proof of right to work in the UK
