Job summary

Fortel Services Ltd. seeks a Ganger Chargehand Level 2 to supervise skilled trades on civil or building sites in Tees Valley.

You will lead larger teams (typically 5–10 operatives), coordinate concrete works, drainage, steel fixing, formwork or roadworks, and liaise with engineers and site supervisors to ensure progress and quality. Key requirements include an NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision (or trade-level 2 with experience), CSCS Gold Supervisory card, SSSTS, RAMS briefing ability

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision (or trade-specific Level 2 with significant experience)
• CSCS Gold Supervisory card
• SSSTS
• Proficiency in briefing RAMS and interpreting site drawings
• CITB Health, Safety & Environment Supervisor Test

Responsibilities
