Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a QA Tester for a temporary engagement through Yoh Services, onsite at our Liverpool office five days a week. QA Testers are responsible for finding, reproducing, and accurately reporting bugs to the game development teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of Games/Software QA experience.
• Understanding of networking setup and hardware and how it applies to modern gaming functionality.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out test plans on pre-release versions of software.
• Assessing product functionality against official quality standards.
• Researching and documenting product defects and violations.
• Logging issues for development review in concise written report formats.
• Providing user feedback that can help shape the end product.
• Collaborating on miscellaneous QA test process related tasks/projects.
