Job summary

The successful candidate will involve themselves in various research methods and work closely with team members to provide essential insights. A full-time presence at the Shoreditch office is required.

Qualifications

• Studies in human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, or a related field with a focus on qualitative research.
• Early in your career and keen to learn from the industry.
• Good communication skills, able to express complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable adapting to new and dynamic situations.
• A gamer up to date with a variety of genres.
• Passionate about games user research and assessing the player experience.

Responsibilities

• Support studios to deliver intended experience by providing timely insights.
• Assist in end-to-end research projects using various methods.
• Gain experience in every phase of a study: engagement, preparation, fieldwork, analysis, delivery.
• Help prepare data gathering tools like discussion guides and surveys.
• Manage participants and ensure unbiased feedback.
• Process and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Identify actionable insights and communicate them clearly.
• Take on more responsibilities as you grow into the role.
