Responsibilities

• Co-dev coordination and resource alignment across partners and teams.
• Plan and synchronize milestones, manage asset and code delivery.
• Standardize remote workflows to bridge cultural and language gaps.
• Identify and mitigate risks in distributed development.
• Research game industry trends and AI tools to inform strategy.
