Qualifikationen

• Systems-driven game designer with depth and simulation focus.
• Autonomous, owns gameplay features and maintains high quality.
• Experience designing for console and mobile platforms.
• Strong written and verbal collaboration with UX/UI, engineers, QA, artists and producers.
• Familiar with UX design principles and best practices.
• Passion for football and video game development.
• Proficient with modern game dev tools (Unity or similar).
• Proficient with Excel and other data-driven tools.

Aufgaben

• Own the design of gameplay features and systems to deliver high-quality Football Manager experience.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and Narrative designers on feature proposals and definitions.
• Document features and systems with detailed technical specs for engineering.
• Present design proposals to design stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Coordinate cross-team communication ensuring navigation across platforms.
• Report progress, risks and opportunities to Production and Design teams.
• Propose ideas to improve feature roadmap based on player feedback.
• Prototype, playtest and review to ensure game quality.
• Implement content and tune data in Unity when needed.
• Support QA with detailed test plans for features.
