Full-time contracts available - Female Only**

The Galashiels service provides support to individuals within Galashiels and the surrounding towns through activities such as horse riding, golf, bowling, and tennis. These activities enable our supported people to live full lives and engage with local communities around the Borders. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and promote independence and life skills. We are actively involved in activities and groups, always aiming for new outcomes, supporting a wide range of people with their daily living. Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting vulnerable service users as part of an effective team.
  • Communicating effectively with individuals to provide tailored care and build appropriate relationships.
  • Supporting individuals during activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records using a tablet on Arks Information Management system.
