Gilmartins are recruiting an experienced fully qualified G3 Plumber (unvented cylinders) to work across North West London.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in social housing.

We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

The role involves work and travel in the North West London area, including Barnet, Camden, Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow, and Hammersmith.

Properties for this well-known Housing Association are situated across these areas, so regular travel is a requirement.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing
• Work according to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements:

• Full UK manual driving license (not EU license, not automatic license)
• Own tools
• Experience working in social housing
• DBS certificate

Hours of work are from 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with call-outs as required approximately once every 4 weeks. Call-outs are from Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 1am, with a pay rate of £35-£50 per call out.
