AXPE Consulting is seeking an experienced FX Options Technical Business Analyst to join our team working with top-tier banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with trading, quantitative, and technology teams on front-office FX Options systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with FX Options traders, quants, and developers to define and deliver system enhancements.
• Lead business analysis for pricing engines, trader tools, and electronic/voice trading workflows.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and regulatory-compliant (MiFID II, EMIR).
• Support system integration, UAT, and production rollout.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in FX Options or derivatives within a major sell-side institution.
• Solid understanding of FX Options products, pricing, and market conventions.
• Experience with electronic trading workflows and trader contribution tools.
• Technical knowledge: Python, C++/Java, SQL, API integrations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Murex, Calypso, or similar front-office systems.
• Knowledge of quantitative models, market data management, microservices, or cloud solutions.
• Agile and DevOps experience.
