Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Belfast requires a self-motivated technologist to join the Global FX FIX Onboarding team. You will manage client engagements through go-live, maintain FIX API connectivity, and collaborate with trading desks and engineering to enable Citi's FX platforms.

The role spans live electronic trading, security and network design concepts, and delivering new server/client components while ensuring timely delivery and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or mathematical field is preferred.
• Experience with FIX protocol and low latency trading environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with external and internal clients from initial engagement to go-live.
• Support FIX API connectivity, infrastructure, and related tooling.
• Coordinate with FX eSales, trading partners, and engineering teams.
• Ensure delivery against business priorities and maintain platform stability.
