Job summary

Stanmore College is seeking an experienced Careers Development Team Leader to join the Student Services team and lead the College's Careers & Employability programme. You will ensure CEIAG is ambitious, inclusive and aligned with Gatsby Benchmarks, Matrix Standard, and Ofsted expectations.

You will report to the Head of Student Services, oversee the CEIAG programme, and develop relationships with employers, universities and training providers to widen progression opportunities for learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) across the College.
• Line manage the Careers Adviser and work with curriculum, pastoral and support teams.
• Coordinate UCAS and destination tracking, events and progression activities.
