The Futures Program at Franklin Templeton is a full-time, two-year rotational development program for high-potential graduates starting their careers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by September 2027 in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• Internship or relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, or client services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six-month rotations designed to build professional skills.
• Engage in project-based and analytical assignments across teams.
• Gain exposure to CRM, data, AI, and sales enablement tools to support client experience.
