About the department

Institutional Client Service EMEA providing onboarding and post-sale services to
institutional clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The team partners closely with Sales, Client Coverage, Investment and Operational teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. This role focuses on coordinating new client and mandate implementations, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience. You’ll have exposure to EMEA clients, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and opportunities for professional development within a growing business area.

_ Experience, Education & Certifications _

  • Experience in areas such as client service, onboarding, operations, projectcoordination within Financial Services

  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities.

  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

_ Technical Skills _

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to analyse information and identify potential risks or issues.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Work Schedule & Location
