Job summary

Summit Rec2Rec is offering a Graduate Rotational Programme in Edinburgh with rotations in Dubai and New York. You will start in Edinburgh, training intensively and handling live client work, before developing international market expertise across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Post-graduation, you return to HQ in Edinburgh for a year with potential permanent relocation opportunities. A structured onboarding and mentorship programme accompanies full relocation support.

Qualifications

• No prior recruitment experience is required.
• 2027 graduate with strong work ethic and intellect.
• Interest in international career and living across multiple countries.
• Willing to sign contract with start date 6–9 months out.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Vice Presidents, Directors and Managing Directors on live mandates across global markets.
• Proactively headhunt senior executives and map talent and organisational structures across buy-side markets.
• Develop deep subject-matter expertise within the firm's core sectors.
