Job summary

Timpson in Ballymena is hiring a Trainee Branch Manager to join our high street service team. You will lead customer service activities, supervise daily operations, and support skills training while delivering services such as key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engravings and shoe repairs.

No previous experience is required as comprehensive on- the-job training is provided. This role offers 40 hours per week, weekends, and realistic opportunities for progression with uncapped weekly

Qualifications

• Lack of experience is not an issue; in-depth training provided from day one.
• Positive attitude and strong communication are valued; ex-offenders welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engravings, shoe repairs, photo processing and dry cleaning.
