Job summary

Norfolk Constabulary seeks a Leadership & Management Development Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve leadership programmes for two forces. You will coach and mentor leaders, evaluate impact and align learning with organisational goals.

You will travel to multiple locations across Norfolk and Suffolk to deliver training and work with senior leaders and HR to shape future policing leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Design, deliver and evaluate leadership development programmes.
• Experience in leadership assessment tools and coaching.
• Ability to travel across Norfolk and Suffolk to deliver training.
• Credible, energetic candidate with professional development in L&D.
