Job summary

TrustFord is hiring a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic in Staines to deliver high-quality diagnostics, servicing and repairs on a range of vehicles, including electric models. You’ll work on-site with a supportive team and have access to extensive training opportunities.

Applicants should possess a full driving licence, NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds, and EV/MOT qualifications. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with benefits and an induction to keep skills up to date.

Qualifications

• Deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance.
• Full valid driving licence required.
• NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Previous automotive technician experience; MOT testing qualification and main dealership experience preferred.
• Within 12 months, training to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to TrustFord customers.
• Carry out diagnostics, servicing and repairs to vehicles as required.
