Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• NVQ level 2 or 3, City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Automotive Technician experience; MOT qualification preferred.
• IMI Level 3 training in Electric Vehicle Maintenance to be completed within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to TrustFord customers.
• Assist with EV/electric components and modern vehicle features as part of ongoing training.
• Maintain quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction.
