Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Future Materials Workshops at RCA Kensington.
• Line-manage a small technical team and ensure equipment availability.
• Deliver high-level technical instruction, demonstrations, and guidance.
• Plan and monitor health and safety standards across workshops.
• Collaborate with Masters students on independent research and projects.
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and performance reviews.
