Responsibilities

• Introduce fresh ideas to improve efficiency, sustainability and delivery performance.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts, frameworks and acquisitions.
• Shadow senior leaders to gain hands-on insight into developing a utilities business.
• Build skills, resilience and leadership potential for future roles.
• Assist with tendering, business development and client engagement activities.
• Analyse performance data and contribute to divisional reporting and governance.
• Help shape IES's growth strategies across multiple utilities markets.
• Collaborate across five divisions and promote accountability, creativity and improvement.
• Lead by example with a focus on safety, sustainability and integrity.
