Job summary

Three Doors is seeking a seasoned construction lead for a staged engagement starting with five days of paid pre-work in Henley-on-Thames. You will validate venue requirements, craft a credible cost envelope, and position yourself as the build lead for investor materials.

Phase 2 involves leading the launch-venue build end-to-end, coordinating site acquisition liaison, fit-out scope, contractor selection, programme management, and budget control. Most work will be on-site during Phase 2.

Qualifications

• Led at least two fit-out builds of leisure/entertainment venues.
• Comfortable working with operators focused on post-opening experience.
• Able to manage relationships with creative direction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: pressure-test venue brief, estimate cost envelope and timeline.
• Phase 2: lead launch-venue build end-to-end (on-site, budget, procurement).
• Liaise with contractor teams, ensure program and cost controls.
• Be named in funding materials as the build lead.
