Job summary

BMT is seeking a Future Business Operations Lead to enable disciplined, data-driven business development across UK & Europe. You will manage a robust pipeline, govern opportunity progression and provide governance and performance reporting to regional leadership.

You will work with Business Development, Programme and Commercial teams to drive growth, ensure data quality and support governance across the Future Business function. This is a hybrid UK-based role with international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business operations, business development or bid activities in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coordinate pipelines, forecasts and governance with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a single regional view of pipeline performance, opportunity progression and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate pipeline reviews, forecasting activities and reporting for regional leadership.
• Champion CRM standards, data quality and reporting excellence across the Future Business function.
• Support sales enablement, campaign tracking and knowledge management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Programme teams and Commercial staff to align opportunities with growth plans.
