Job summary

Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT) is seeking a Test and Release Manager to lead Oracle Fusion test and release cycles across HCM, Finance and SCM. You will own the release calendar, coordinate UAT with business users, and manage communications with customers and stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role based near Oxford with a focus on quality, risk management, and timely deployments. You will work with architecture, QA, and delivery partners to align changes with project commits, ensure

Qualifications

Degree in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience leading enterprise application testing and release coordination with Oracle Fusion updates.
Experience coordinating testing and release activities across HCM, Finance and SCM modules.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the Fusion test and release calendar, including quarterly updates.
Coordinate UAT schedules, environments and evidence; ensure readiness.
Lead defect triage and escalations with clear business impact.
Prepare release-readiness documentation and communications.
Coordinate production rollout and post-release validation with teams.
