Job summary

Poltronesofa is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for our Norwich store. You will welcome customers, discuss furniture options, and guide them to the right pieces for their home. Progress orders, assist with finance applications, and contribute to a high-performing sales team.

You can earn via an uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £40,000. Basic salary ranges £22,628–£26,507, plus benefits including holidays, discounts, pension, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to shift patterns.
• Positive, energetic attitude and drive to deliver great service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them choose suitable furniture pieces.
• Process orders accurately and handle finance applications.
• Aim for personal sales and meet KPIs with a 5-star customer experience.
• Keep showroom tidy and presentable and support team with tasks as needed.
