Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Sales-driven with ability to meet personal KPIs.
• Comfortable working in a team and shifting patterns.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and help them find the right furniture.
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
• Deliver personal sales and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a 5-star customer experience.
• Maintain showroom appearance through housekeeping and moving furniture as needed.
• Contribute to a warm, friendly and safe store environment.
