We’re seeking a dynamic and driven FF&E Surveyor to join us in our mission to transform the FF&E industry. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll be walking the talk (literally!)—surveying sites across multiple sectors and helping our clients make smarter, greener decisions. FFE = Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment

Key Responsibilities of the Inventory Surveyor:

Survey like a pro: Conduct comprehensive surveys across the UK and internationally, delivering detailed and actionable insights.

Lead with precision: Support our Lead FF&E Surveyor in organizing on-site teams and managing subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Take charge: Occasionally travel independently to conduct surveys and provide top-tier advice to clients on-site.

Plan like a boss: Organize your travel efficiently, ensuring smooth operations while covering a wide geographical area.

Deliver excellence: Compile detailed reports after each survey, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Strengthen relationships: Build and nurture lasting connections with our clients while helping us grow and expand.

Innovate continuously: Constantly look for ways to improve our survey processes and contribute fresh ideas to make us even better.

Skills & Experience Required of the Inventory Surveyor :

Highly motivated & detail-oriented – You’re driven and know how to get things done.

Tech-savvy – Comfortable using IT, including Apple products and advanced Excel skills.

Strong communication – You can clearly articulate ideas and work effectively with teams and clients alike.

Problem-solving wizard – You thrive on challenges and finding creative solutions.

Organisational genius – You keep everything running smoothly, even under pressure.
