Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking reliable Van Drivers to deliver furniture to customers’ homes across London, the M25 and surrounding areas. You will operate electric vans and follow a 5 on / 3 off shift pattern with approx. 10-hour days and starts at 5:30am.

Training is provided, with potential temp-to-perm opportunities and the role offers independent work with early starts and a strong emphasis on reliability.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable with early starts.
• Physically fit and able to handle furniture.
• Confident driving around London and the M25.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Previous delivery experience is useful; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture, mainly flat-pack, to customers’ homes across London, the M25 and surrounding areas.
• Load your own van at the start of the day and manage your route.
• Work with a mix of 1-man and 2-man deliveries depending on requirements.
