Job Description:

This position is suitable for candidates with experience in assembly and an interest in operating woodworking machinery. Responsibilities include:

• Basic Health and Safety awareness, including manual handling
• Learning to operate woodworking machinery
• Quality checking and fault identification
• Packing products
• Backing off machinery within the factory
• Moving work-in-progress around the factory
• Learning various factory areas such as Upholstery, Polishing/Spraying, Furniture Assembly, and operating machines like Beam Saw, CNC, and Edge Bander
• Working as part of a team and independently
• Maintaining high standards of quality
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Proactive attitude and initiative
