Funeral Arranger £12.62 per hour plus benefits. Part time, 18.75 hours per week, working Wednesday afternoon and all day Thursday and Friday. 102 High Street, Nailsea, BS19 1AH

What you’ll do • Support clients by organising family visits and answering guest questions as a ‘non certified’ funeral arranger. • Refer regulated work, like selling and advising on funeral plans, to a ‘certified colleague’. • Build positive community relationships. • Support at the funeral home, sometimes alone. • Assist with manual handling of coffins and the deceased.
This role would suit people who have • A passion for delivering great service and building relationships. • Excellent communication and admin skills, with strong attention to detail. • High levels of empathy, discretion, and care.
