What will you be doing?
As our Funeral Production Manager, you'll be overseeing our coffin factory and masonry production and administration businesses.
Through this role you will help to ensure efficiency, quality control, compliance and strategic growth whilst managing budgets and leading the teams.
You'll be helping to ensure that high quality craftmanship is delivered throughout our coffin and masonry production, and within agreed timeframes.

Please note this is a dual site management role (Masonry in Shepshed, Leicestershire and our Coffin Factory in Mansfield). Whilst you'll have a primary base at one site, you'll need to balance your time across both. Access to a pool car can be provided for travel to and from both sites.
How will I know if I am right for this role?
This role would suit someone who is driven and passionate about delivering results. Ideally you will have experience in a production environment and be skilled in supporting, leading and developing teams.
Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of lean production methods and be experienced in developing continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll be a confident communicator and comfortable in working with stakeholders both internally and externally.
You'll be able to demonstrate your knowledge of health, safety, environmental and industry regulations.
