As a Funeral Planning and Delivery Manager at Central England Coop, you will lead funeral projects focused on sustainability and efficiency. You will collaborate with teams to ensure high standards of care while driving innovation in community engagement. What will you be doing?
As Funeral Planning and Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of leading funeral projects; enhancing environmental efficiency, reducing emissions and energy consumption.
As well as creating sustainable projects, these projects will support out funeral teams in delivering market leading care for the people who have died and their families.
You’ll be driving funeral service innovations whilst maintaining cultural sensitivity and traditions.
In this role, you’ll support with delivery of financial and business growth across our Funeral services- supporting in the development of our funeral, crematorium, coffin factory, floral and Masonry businesses.

How will I know if I am right for this role?
This role would suit someone who has excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
Ideally you’ll have previous experience in leading projects and encouraging high-performing teams.
You’ll be empathetic, service-orientated and committed to excellent standards. You’ll be passionate about continuous improvement, growth and development.
You’ll have knowledge in community engagement as well as an enthusiasm for working on projects where there is a focus on environmental efficiency.
