Co-op Funeralcare in Addlestone is seeking a Funeral Arranger to join our friendly team. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with a salary of £26,266 per year (£13.47 per hour) plus benefits, and training provided.

You will build relationships with families, coordinate arrangements, and support with immediate on-site duties at the branch. You don’t need prior funeral industry experience; we offer full training, pension, staff discounts, flexible benefits, and career development.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with numbers, cash handling, and invoicing basics.
• Empathy, discretion and care in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community.
• Support clients in person and by phone, arranging visits and answering questions.
• Ensure the funeral home is clean, safe and welcoming, reporting maintenance issues.
