Main Function of the Role:
We are seeking a Funds Tax Assistant Manager to service internal and external stakeholders across private equity and infrastructure funds. The role involves managing all fund activities, including investment SPVs, Funds, and Carried Interest Partnerships.
The tax team collaborates closely with funds finance, investment, legal teams, and external tax advisors. Responsibilities include overseeing tax compliance and participating in advisory and structuring projects.
The ideal candidate is a recently qualified tax professional eager to develop under the supervision of an experienced Funds Tax Associate Director with expertise in US and UK tax.
