Michael Page Legal is seeking a strategic Knowledge Lawyer to support a leading Funds practice within a top international law firm. The role combines legal expertise, knowledge management, training, client-facing thought leadership and innovation, including AI adoption.

You will monitor fund and asset management developments, produce practical updates, deliver training, maintain precedents, and champion AI and legal tech within the team.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with strong experience in private funds, asset management or investment funds.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant UK and international funds regulation and market practice.
• Strong drafting, research and communication skills.
• Able to present complex legal developments in a practical and accessible way.
• Interest in legal innovation, knowledge management and AI-enabled legal services.
• Highly organised, proactive and collaborative.
• Suitable for experienced fee earners looking to move into knowledge, existing PSLs/Knowledge Lawyers, in-house lawyers, academics or those returning to practice following a career break.

A strategic Knowledge Lawyer opportunity supporting a market-leading Funds practice within a leading international law firm. This role combines technical legal expertise, knowledge management, training, client-facing thought leadership and legal innovation, including the adoption of AI and emerging technologies.

Its Funds practice is among the largest and most respected in the UK, advising fund managers, investors and financial institutions on the full life-cycle of investment funds. The team acts across private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, hedge funds and other alternative asset classes, with substantial cross-border capability and an international client base.

Description

As the dedicated Knowledge Lawyer for the Funds team, you will be responsible for ensuring lawyers remain up to date on legal and regulatory developments while driving knowledge sharing, training, innovation and best practice across the group.

Working closely with partners, fee earners and the wider Knowledge team, you will play a key role in maintaining technical excellence, developing client-facing knowledge products and supporting the firm's broader knowledge and innovation strategy.
