Michael Page is recruiting for a Professional Support Lawyer in its clients-facing funds practice. The role focuses on developing and implementing the team’s knowledge strategy and enables lawyers and clients to stay updated on legal, regulatory and market developments.

The position includes a strong emphasis on innovation, working with legal technology specialists to streamline processes and automate knowledge delivery for improved client service and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Experience advising on private equity, corporate and transactional matters.
• Strong drafting experience across transaction, joint venture and equity documentation.
• Interest in knowledge management, legal technology and innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the team's knowledge strategy and maintain precedents, templates and know-how resources.
• Collaborate with innovation specialists to automate knowledge assets and improve workflows.
• Produce client-facing articles, briefings and publications and conduct horizon scanning.
• Support pitches and business development with technical materials and precedent-driven solutions.
• Design and deliver legal updates, technical training and know-how sessions.
