Fund Finance Associate/Senior Associate (3 – 6 PQE)

We are working with a leading Funds Finance team, highly ranked in legal directories, in supporting the hiring efforts of the firm’s leading London office.

Having placed many Lawyers into this top law firm, we are able to provide up to date and invaluable information on a confidential basis to relevant and interested candidates.

This team are seeking an experienced individual, with the ability to work in a varied role. This position will include acting for both lenders and borrowers; on matters such as; Capital Call, Hybrid, Management Fee, NAV/asset backed facilities and more.

The Funds Finance Group have designed this position, for you to be the most senior Non-Partner in the London team. For this reason, you will be expected to support in the managing and training of more junior colleagues – this position will come with Day 1 Partner Track also.
