Job summary

Eclectic Recruitment is recruiting for a Funds Associate with 1–4 PQE to join a leading international law firm in London. The role focuses on investment funds, private funds and fund formation, with advising on a range of matters across fund lifecycle.

You will draft and negotiate fund documentation, advise fund managers and sponsors, and work closely with corporate, regulatory and tax teams to deliver client solutions. Strong drafting and a commercial approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–4 PQE or equivalent
• Experience in investment funds or private funds
• Strong drafting and commercial mindset

Responsibilities

• Advise on establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation
• Advise fund managers and sponsors throughout the fund lifecycle
