Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management Inc. in London is seeking an Associate to lead the fundraising lifecycle for European private fund strategies.

You will drive investor engagement, coordinate with Client Relationship Managers, and work closely with regional leaders to design and execute fundraising plans. The role requires 3-5 years in fundraising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Post graduate degree in finance, business management or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of fundraising experience for private fund strategies in Europe.
• Strong understanding of LP landscape across key regions and investor types.
• Strong investment and financial analytical capabilities and reporting experience.
• Experience in high-volume processes and technology-enabled solutions.
• Real estate, infrastructure and/or private equity asset classes strongly preferred.
• Institutional fund marketing, sales and support experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the fundraising lifecycle in the European region and coordinate stakeholder groups.
• Develop and implement regional fundraising strategy to generate investor interest and momentum.
• Review and refine fundraise materials (offering memoranda, investor presentations) for market messaging.
• Collaborate with global client groups and business units; identify risks and manage issues.
• Report on regional marketing and fundraising initiatives with relevant KPIs.
