Job summary

Dawat-e-Islami UK is seeking fundraising staff to join a motivated team in the United Kingdom. The role involves collecting donation boxes, recording box activity and deposits, and reporting to management. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required.

We welcome self-motivated individuals with strong communication and ICT skills, able to work flexibly, including weekend shifts. Training and supportive management accompany a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good ICT skills and familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Self-motivated, well organised and professional.
• Ability to work on own initiative and identify opportunities.
• Ability to relate well to people of different ages.

Responsibilities

• Collect donation boxes from designated areas.
• Keep records of all donation boxes distributed and collected; produce daily worksheets.
• Inform line manager of damaged or stolen donation boxes.
• Sort cash and produce bank deposit slips.
• Deposit donations in the bank.
• Possess a valid UK driving licence and access to a personal car.
