The Harlequins Foundation is seeking a motivated Fundraising Executive to ensure supporters have a positive, rewarding experience and to support the fundraising team with events and campaigns.

You will manage the supporter journey, build relationships with donors, community groups, local businesses and volunteers, and provide administrative support with potential career progression as the Foundation grows.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• At least two years’ experience in a similar admin or events-based professional role.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to work some weekends and evenings.

The Harlequins Foundation is looking for a motivated and confident Fundraising Executive to make sure its supporters receive a positive and rewarding experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Partnerships & Events Manager, you will look after the complete supporter care journey, from first enquiries to thanking supporters, and provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including events and campaigns. You will build relationships with individual donors, fundraisers, community groups, local businesses and volunteers. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, and there is scope for career progression as the Foundation grows.

• Contract: Permanent, full time
• Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
