Job summary

VOCES8 Foundation is seeking a Fundraising Executive to develop our individual giving programme and strengthen donor relationships. You will redevelop the small donor offering, deliver outstanding stewardship, and support grant applications while exploring new funding opportunities.

Working with the Director of External Relations, you will join a small, ambitious team at a respected music charity, contributing to our mission to transform lives through music.

Qualifications

• Experience in a charity-sector fundraising role.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong written skills for donor communications and funding applications.
• Excellent organisation and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Help redevelop the small donor offering and improve benefits and communications.
• Build donor relationships through personalised communication and stewardship.
• Administer the small donor programme and maintain GDPR-compliant records.
• Support donor communications, appeals and grant applications.
• Identify new funding opportunities and assist with larger bids.
